1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Sharm Travels ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received by the due date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the date we receive your written notification:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability.

5. Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess a valid passport and any necessary visas for your tour. We cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct documentation.
